St. Mark’s School is a coeducational preparatory school just 25 miles from Boston. As one of the oldest private boarding schools in New England, a new 90,000sqft 3-story building was added to the property named, Patterson-Sculley House. The design was completed to meet PASSIVE house standards and incorporated many sustainable elements.
